Open-water swim clinics turn even the most inexperienced swimmer into a more confident racer. I strongly suggest you come to as many clinics as you can — different water and weather conditions offer you the experience to build your confidence and skills.

Both Open Water Clinics cover: Safety, mental preparation & conditioning, rough & calm water, breathing & sighting, gear & equipment, getting over fear and most importantly believing and trusting yourself. All levels are welcome!

These clinics will: 

• address the unique challenges of open water swimming
• provide  experience in open water
• teach  the skills necessary for efficient open water swimming, including: starts, sighting, turning buoys & draftin
• provide a supportive environment where athletes can nurture trust in their abilities.
